Level of Service

Need your data fast? We provide 3 levels of service:

1. Emergency - diagnosis same day. Recovery overnight / next day. Need your data recovered over the Weekend? No problem.
2. Priority - recovery in less than 5 working days
3. Standard - recovery in less than 10 working days

Different rates apply. In some cases, data recovery can take longer than expected. Recovery time is based on the time taken to analyse the drive. If there are particular files you need urgently we can recover those individually first, before processing your whole drive.
